Assisted a family of four legal heirs based in the United Kingdom in obtaining a succession certificate for their late father's estate in Islamabad. Subsequently handled the mutation and property transfer without any heir needing to travel to Pakistan, using a properly drafted and attested POA.

Advised and handled the full legal incorporation of a Pakistan-based technology startup, including preparation of the Articles of Association, shareholder agreement, and regulatory filings with SECP. Also drafted the initial SaaS terms of service and data handling policy for the platform.

Filed and pursued a khula petition in Islamabad family court on behalf of a Pakistani woman based in Canada, represented through a Special Power of Attorney. The matter was handled entirely without her presence, and the khula was decreed within the standard court timeline.
